These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the C. Aubrey Smith Center for Auditing Education and Research ("the Center," "we," "us," or "our") website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Center provides the following services:

- CPE Tracking: Continuing Professional Education evaluation and tracking systems

3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
